DUES STRUCTURE
Dues are for a calendar year; memberships paid in 2006 are good through 2007. Renewal will be due each year in January.
Business: $50.00 per year...additional businesses - per business name --$25.00 per year
Associate: Non-business/Individuals: $25.00 per year
Out of area businesses:	0-4 employees	$75.00 per year
	5-8 employees	$100.00 per year
	9-14 employees	$150.00 per year
	15 + employees	$200.00 per year
I hereby request membership in the White Bird Chamber of Commerce. I understand my obligations to the Chamber and will endeavor to help unite and build the commerce of the City of White Bird, Idaho.
